Refined the User Experience and Navigation
We restructured the site’s navigation to make it more intuitive and customer-focused. By streamlining categories and separating into three key sections (category, collection and edit) we helped simplify the path to key collections, making it easier for visitors to explore and shop—especially first-time customers unfamiliar with the product range.
By clearly distinguishing between Categories (intuitive product types), Collections (coordinated product ranges), and Edits (seasonal or curated themes), the navigation caters to different customer mindsets. It helps guide both casual browsers and more intentional shoppers, making it easy for everyone to find exactly what they’re looking for, whether they’re seeking inspiration or something specific.
Collaborated closely with the client team
